The linen charge includes all bed linen, hand and bath towels, but not pool towels. Heating will be at cost for wood and electricity from October to May inclusive. The two larger gites have wood burning stoves and we can supply the wood at cost from our bulk supply. In Spring and Autumn the need for heating should be minimal. No further charges are added than those detailed above: Cleaning before entry and local tourist tax are all included in the daily rate. A 'No Smoking' policy applies within the gites. We are pleased to accept flexible booking dates and bookings for more than one gite. The number of occupants of each gite is limited to the total number of beds in the bedrooms as indicated above by the number each gite sleeps, although the addition of a cot is possible.

A basic 'welcome pack' will be provided for your arrival together with local information and a map of the area. Your gite will be ready for occupation by 16.00, or as agreed, and we ask that your gite is vacated by 10.30 on your day of departure if we have incoming guests. In addition to your gite you have the use of a washing machine, additional shower/wc and small library with a selection of information, books, garden and board games. The garden has a 'petanque pitch', sunny and shady areas, as well as the 6m x 3.5m pool. (Used from 21st May to the 2nd October 2011). We would be very pleased to quote you a rate for the booking of the complete gite complex for families, friends or groups; up to a total of 13 in 6 bedrooms: Ideal for those who like to holiday together but like their own space as well. We are also prepared to consider long term lets at a discounted rate, particuarly 'off season': please contact us.
